Mark Hutchings and Robert Collins founded RM Roofing in Neath after decades in the trade. Flat roof over the extension had been patched twice by others. Mark took it back to the deck, showed me the rot, and the new rubber has not moved since.
Rang on the Tuesday with water coming through the ceiling. They were out that afternoon, covered it, and came back to do the job properly the week after.
Full strip and re-roof on the bungalow. Scaffold up on the Monday, finished on the Friday, and the garden was left cleaner than they found it.
